Refund and Cancellation Policy

At AstraArt Books (Coinflow Limited), we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-tailored creative and consulting services. Because our work is inherently bespoke and involves significant dedication of time, intellectual labor, and resources from the moment a project begins, we have a strict refund policy.

1. Custom Services (Design, Consulting, Ghostwriting)

Once a custom quote has been accepted, the invoice paid, and work has commenced, all sales are final and non-refundable. If a project is cancelled by the client before work begins, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or payment processing fees.

2. Publishing & Distribution

Services related to formatting and global distribution (e.g., via Amazon KDP, Ingram) are non-refundable once the file preparation or upload process has started.

3. Exceptions

Refunds or partial credits are only granted at our sole discretion or if explicitly outlined in your individual Statement of Work (SOW) or contract. If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, we will work with you through the revision process as outlined in your initial agreement.
