Terms and Conditions 1. Introduction Welcome to AstraArt Books, an imprint and brand operated by Coinflow Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus (Registration No. HE 389703). By accessing our website or using our services (publishing, web design, ghostwriting, consulting), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services & Custom Pricing Due to the bespoke nature of our services, we do not provide a fixed public price list. All fees, project scopes, and timelines are determined individually. Work commences only after the client accepts a formal custom quote, Statement of Work (SOW), or invoice provided by Coinflow Limited.
3. Payments All invoices must be paid according to the terms specified in the individual agreement. We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and other authorized payment gateways. The client is responsible for any applicable taxes or transaction fees unless stated otherwise.
4. Intellectual Property - Publishing & Ghostwriting: Intellectual property rights, including copyright of manuscripts and published books, remain with the author unless a separate royalty-sharing or transfer agreement is explicitly signed.
- Design & Consulting: Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed licenses or ownership rights to the final digital products (websites, designs), while AstraArt Books retains the right to display the work in our portfolio.
5. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
